Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

At Woolco Oswal, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Returns by Customer
• Customers may request a return for eligible products.
• Once the returned product is received and approved after quality inspection, a refund will be initiated.
• Reverse shipping charges will be deducted from the total refund amount.
• The refund will be processed based on the instructions provided in our email support.

2. Exchange Policy (Color Dislike / Size Issue / Any Other Reason)
• We do not offer direct exchanges.
• If you wish to exchange a product due to color dislike, size issue, or any other reason:
1. You must return the product and claim a refund first (as per the return policy).
2. After the refund is processed, you may place a fresh order for the desired product from our website.
• This ensures faster processing and accurate inventory management.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Tampered Shipments
• If your shipment appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please:
o Refuse to accept the delivery, and
o Email clear images of the package immediately to Woolco Oswal@gmail.com.
Wrong / Defective / Damaged Product after Delivery
• In rare cases where you receive a wrong, defective, or damaged product:
o You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
o A complete unpacking video is mandatory for verification.
Unpacking Video Guidelines:
• The video must be one continuous, unedited recording.
• It should clearly show:
o The sealed package,
o Opening of the parcel,
o The product inside,
o The visible issue or defect.
This video is essential for internal verification and for filing insurance claims with courier partners.

No complaints will be entertained without a complete unpacking video.
• Once reviewed, we will respond within 5 working days.
• If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 4–6 working days.

4. RTO (Return to Origin) Policy
If an order is returned to us (RTO) due to any of the reasons listed below, no refund will be issued.
RTO Reasons Include:
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
• Invalid or unreachable phone number
• Recipient unavailable or not contactable
• Recipient refusal
• OTP-verified cancellations
• Automated IVR calls not answered
Reshipping Policy:
• Reshipping will be done only after payment of two-way shipping charges by the customer.
• For orders with free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be charged.
